These general terms and conditions of sale are intended to set out the contractual provisions between the company Gem-Forest of Julien BOEMO and its clients, whether professional or consumer. The acquisition of a good or service through this website implies the client's unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
The items for sale are those listed in the catalog published on the website: www.gem-forest.com. These items are offered while stocks last. Each item is accompanied by a description provided by Julien BOEMO. The photographs in the catalog are as faithful as possible but cannot guarantee an exact similarity with the item offered, particularly regarding colors.
Online sales of items presented on the website are reserved for buyers residing in mainland France. For clients not meeting these criteria, charges related to postage and customs duties will be taken into account when placing the order.
The prices listed in the catalog are expressed in euros, VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI. Gem-Forest reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price shown in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the Client. The prices indicated include order processing, transport, and shipping costs.
The client places an order on the website www.gem-forest.com.
Gem-Forest retains ownership of the items until full payment of the order, i.e., until Julien BOEMO receives payment for the order.
Gem-Forest reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a client with whom there is a dispute regarding the payment of a previous order. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the items available for sale. Julien BOEMO undertakes to fulfill orders received on the website only while stocks last.
Payment for purchases can be made using one of the following methods, at the Client's convenience:

• By bank transfer
• By PayPal
• By check upon confirmation and acceptance by Gem-Forest
Payment by check will be processed upon receipt. Shipments following payment by check will only be made after verifying that the funds are indeed in the company's accounts.
Any order placed on the website www.gem-forest.com will be prepared and shipped within 72 hours, subject to payment validation. Julien BOEMO undertakes to deliver orders placed by the Client within the expected timeframe. If the items have not been delivered within 7 days from the scheduled delivery date and if this delay is not due to force majeure, the client may proceed to cancel the sale. The amounts paid by the client will then be fully refunded. Note: during a prolonged absence, a message will indicate on the product pages any potential changes in order processing times.
The client has a period of 15 working days from the shipment date to report non-receipt and request cancellation of the sale and refund of the items. After this period, no sale cancellation will be accepted.
The client must check the condition of the delivered items. Any anomalies (missing item, damaged package, broken item…) must be reported within 4 days of receipt.
In accordance with Article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 7 days from receipt to exchange or request a refund for a product that does not suit you. If this period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
Return costs are the responsibility of the Client. The client will be fully refunded as soon as possible and no later than 15 days after exercising their right of withdrawal. This refund period will only be effective if the items are returned and received in their original condition by Gem-Forest.
Returned items must be new, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
If the Client returns items in a condition worse than before purchase, they will not be entitled to any refund or exchange from Gem-Forest. The client must keep proof of deposit of the package with one of the return service providers. In the absence of such proof, no exchange or refund can be made in case of package loss.
This contract is governed by French law. The language of this contract is French. In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We have a 14-day return policy for your products purchased online on www.gem-forest.com. In other words, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your product (or the moment the product reaches the collection point) to let us know that you wish to cancel your order and return your product.
